ear candy: the sound of my air con

Just watched "A Beautiful Mind", and I must say, it is a good movie (except that my mom would disagree vehemently, and insist that it is boring.. hmmmm). It's really bittersweet to see that 'John Nesh' is so brilliant yet not in full control of his mind. And I really do love the scene(s) where he writes on the window paint. The ability to see patterns is so stunning (something which I can nv excel in because I gave up maths).

I was telling my mom that I wished that I could have been so brilliant. And she told me that she thinks that I am intelligent, just that my laziness does not allow me to reach my full potential, I am short by 30%. Geee. thanx mom. It's good to know that she THINKS that I am intelligent, although I must disagree with her.

I watched star wars. Woooo.. Hayden Christianson is HOT. Not that I just noticed la. But he was really just so... scrawny/ boyish in espisode 2. ha! He looks wayyyyy better in episode 3. Woooo.. I wanna watch the movie again!!! I am dying to see more lightsaber actions. Ha. I mean. COOL man! Special effects rawks. Other than star wars, I have this urge to watck Kingdom of Heaven again. Especially after I know the history of it. Hmmmm.. Maybe I'll understand it more..

I've been watching loads of shows recently. Including Alexander. Not bad la, just a lil too bloody for my taste. Ha. But, I find the history of it stunning. That's y I take history. Especially when I am doing WW1 now. Kinda puts things in perspective (yes yes.. Alexander is in BC while WW1 is in 1914. Ha! Dun ask me what's the connection). Wooooo!!!! (I am feeling quite high)..

sigh. I am uber broke now. That's cos my mom's bdae pressie cost me $369. *stabs myself*. She better appreciate it or else!!!! And ya, I am hoping that my stepdad dun leave me in such a lurch. Intend to make him chip in at least $200 of the pressie. Ughhhh.. Money money money..
