Music spinnin' in my stereo (or computer in this case): Franz Ferdinand (like DUH!)

I've already decided tt yest's update was Crap (w a capital "C"). Yeah. Dear readers (if there is any), as u can see, it's dang rush! Those who havent read (if i really DO have readers) e entry below is insignificant. I suggest u skip it.

The gist of it? I went for the Franz Ferdinand concert. At last, I manage to find some time for myself, away from work to watch a convert. Good for me! I should do it more often except tt my mom totally ban me from concerts where it is free standing (as if i will REALLY listen), and I cant think of any other concerts tt i'll really wanna go badly.

The first part was wayyyyyyyyy scary and dangerous. My advice to the shorter readers: Do not go for concert w rough crowds, especially since its a ROCK concert. Trust me. U dun wanna die young. Get seats instead. Besides, the view from where i was wasnt as fantastic. I could only see Nick from waist up, and Alex of cos. The rest of the time, I saw hands thrown up, and partially naked bodies beside me (splashing me w their perspiration. EEEWWWWWW!!)

The crowd really was rough. Lost my footing many times. Its a wonder that I came out alive. Today's headline could have been "Teenage Girl Trampled To Death In Rock Concert". Yikes. Nonetheless, the concert, the band and the music (where everything goes hand in hand) is fantastic. The only thing i didnt like was e ROUGHHHH crowd (and I think I emphasized tt often enuff for u guys to get the point.)

What's best about the concert was that Alex, on the behalf of the whole band) invited the concert go-ers to the hotel foyer. He requested that we bring food (and like anyone.. did we bother?) Our group was lucky. We managed to see a cab hidden in the carpark, and begged the taxi driver to send us to the band's hotel.

Lucky Lucky.. You're so Lucky. U got it right dude. We were. We came face to face w e lads. Touching even. We got all their autographs and pix. Loads of close ups. Heh heh heh. Nick's Hot! And I lurrrrve his beatles shirt. Alex was reallllllly nice (at least to the fans). We ambush them in the hotel lounge where someone was performing. The management came time and again to ask us proceed to a tiny corner to get our autographs, but alex told him that WE werent leaving til e general manager came down.... AWWWWW. That's so nice. Many artiste would not even BOTHER to tell us their hotel, but they did. Fans came w mangosteens, dumplings, and even MacDonalds, to which one of the lads exclaim in horror. hahahahahahahahaha....

They aint ya typical band. One would expect them to be stuck up, and only consumed in making money. But I am proud to say, that they are fantastic, down to earth, very human, and w a brain aka wit.
