Oh gawd~ its 5 bloody 39AM in singapore and im typing fervently here.. i tell you, the real bayern match was a total disapointment (for the bayern supporting half of me), while the real madrid half of me was happy to have seen zinedine zidane score. Hah! i tell you, the entire match was Boring with a capital B. Nothing much to say about the damn match which started at 3.30 and had me wake up at 2.55am.
I couldnt complain, cause i felt dominantly like Switzerland- neutral. Hah. And when i say neutral it doesnt mean 'neutral' as in NOT taking sides, but 'neutral' as in SUPPORTING both sides. *wicked grin* Oh well it aint my fault that i happen to like Oliver Kahn, Roque Santa Cruz and co as well as Iker Casillas (OH MY DARLING!!!) and co as well (save for david beckham & luis figo & m. salgado--> he looks like a gollum!!) Okay okay!!! ...blah blah... blah blah... after the full 90 minutes of the game, there was to be 3 mins added time, and in which 2 of that 3 minutes were used by players representing each team to fight. fight!! can you imagine? What a total waste of time, you might say, but golly~ that fight was quite interesting mind you. First it started off with Guti (real) and Demichelis (bayern) arguring over tackling thingies with half their team members behind them trying to get a say, then at the same time the remainding players from either team were embroiled in another argument, ie Raul (real) and kuffour (bayern), after which Guti (again) decided to butt in and got a couple of prods on the head by god knows whose unknown finger it was. Then meanwhile, they were elbowing each other and my darling iker had to come a spearate the two fellas, and i tell you, if not at the expense of being red carded and then jailed for life they wouldve killed each other there and then without giving a hoot. Man! it was sooooo cool!!! Players were shoving it, the match officials were discussing, michael ballack (bayern) was arguing with anyone who would listen to him, and then at this point we all witnessed a miracle: carlos queiroz(real's manager) was actually talking to ottmar hitzfeld (bayern's manager, aka the guy whom i still owe 50 cents since the year before)!! WOWEE!!! i'd never expected that!! Hahaha... ok then all too soon, it (the mayhem) was over and a frivolous show of passing the ball back and forth was seen, before the ref felt he's had enough of this boringness and decided to blow the final whistle, unwittingly releasing us from our lack-of-sleep state (think dishevelled hair n dried dribble on our chins (eeeewwww)). Hey~ but that was not all!!! After the final whistle was blown, i didnt switch off the tv and say 'ah, shuddup' at the same time. I happily anticipated iker casillas to come over and talk to sammy kuffour. AND then (as i was fervently praying that iker would remove his shirt), he promptly did!! HAHAH!! which left me slightly drooling at the mouth and nosebleeding at the nose at the sight of his finely sculped, er.... biceps. Well, too bad that he was wearing another single inside, otherwise i wouldve been able to see the ENTIRE package!! Ahhhhhh what a waste~~~
But anyway, good on real that they won this (no thanks to kahn's howler a fortnight ago) and im telling you since they beat bayern they should go ahead and lift the trophy to do us (the other 'switzerlands' around) proud. And well, bad on bayern that they lost it (both mentally and physically, hee, hee). OK FINE!! i was just joking about them losing it.. But then again, i'll lose it if i dont sleep like now, so tata!!
